Arcadia University Scholarship Information

  • The Arcadia University Landman Scholarship Award: Full Tuition
    Eligibility: Scholarship recognizes academic excellence, outstanding leadership and community and volunteer service

  • The Arcadia University Distinguished Scholarship Award: $5,000 — $14,000
    Eligibility: Scholarship recognizes academic excellence, outstanding leadership, and community and volunteer service.

  • The Arcadia University Achievement Award Award: $1,000 &mdash $6,000
    Eligibility: This award honors exceptional participation in school activities, community service, volunteer work or special talents.

  • Alumni Legacy Grant Award: $3,000
    Eligibility: Automatically given to the dependent children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren of Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College) alumni when they enroll as full-time undergraduates at Arcadia University provided they are in the top 25% of their graduating class, meet regular admissions criteria and are "dependent" according to federal guidelines.

  • The Arcadia Leadership Award Award: $1,500
    Eligibility: Offered to a limited number of incoming freshmen who have demonstrated leadership and involvement prior to entering Arcadia University, and who are invited to participate in the Arcadia Leadership Program.

Bryn Mawr College

  • Need Based Institution Award: All financial need is met
    Eligibility: Fifty-eight percent of the Bryn Mawr student body receives a grant aid from the College. All financial aid is based on need, which the College determines after a thorough review of financial information submitted by each applicant's family. All demonstrated need is met.

  • Fifth Year Teacher Certification Option Award: %75 Tuition reduction
    Eligibility: Bryn Mawr Alumnae accepted into the Bryn Mawr/Haverford Education Program or Bryn Mawr's Continuing Education Program.

Cedar Crest College

  • Presidential Scholarships Award: Up to Half Tuition
    Eligibility: Top 10% class rank and 1150 or higher combined SAT score (or 25 ACT)

  • High School Achievement Awards Award: $5,000
    Eligibility: Top 20% class rank and 1150 or higher combined SAT score (or 25 ACT)

  • Allen Scholarships Award: Up to $5,000
    Eligibility: Full-time traditional students on the basis of merit, leadership and evidence of outstanding service to school and community.

  • Need Based Institution Award: All Financial need is met
    Eligibility: For many years, Haverford has provided aid to all admitted students who were judged eligible according to the College's formula and procedures. We do, however, have limitations on the amount of funds we can commit to non U.S. citizens and we are not able to offer aid to all of these students who deserve it.

La Salle University

    Annenberg-Henrich Scholaship Award: $5,000-$10,000
    Eligibility: Incoming freshmen candidates must be ranked in the top 20% of thier class and have 1150 combined SAT score. Both current students and accepted incoming students must demonstrate need by filing a FASA (Free Application for Federal student Aid). One must also declare a dual major in Secondary Education and either Math or one of the Sciences.

  • Christian Brothers' Scholarship Award: Full Tuition
    Eligibility: Top 10% class rank and 1300 combined SAT score or 29 ACT.

  • Community Service Scholarship Award: Half Tuition
    Eligibility: Full time student with demonstrated interest in and commitment to community service.

  • Founders Scholarship Award: $4,000 mdash; $12,000
    Eligibility: Grade point average, class rank, and SAT scores.

  • The Mission Grant Award: $4,000
    Eligibility: Residents of Philadelphia or graduates of Catholic high schools. Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

  • Honors Scholars Program Award: Full Tuition
    Eligibility: Enroll full-tome and plan to transfer to a four-year institution, top 10% of your class from a sponsoring school district or 1200 SAT score.

  • Foundation Scholarships Award: $1,000
    Eligibility: Full time student enrolled with 12 or more credits in a degree or certification program.

  • Foundation Scholarships Award: $500 — $750
